③ Eligibility
To use Litaskunu, you must:
Be Muslim
Litaskunu is a platform designed for Muslims seeking marriage in accordance with Islamic teachings.
Be of Legal Age
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of marriage in your country to create an account.
Be Unmarried or Eligible for Marriage
You must be unmarried, divorced, or widowed and eligible for marriage according to Islamic law.
④ Parental Approval System
In accordance with Islamic tradition, Litaskunu incorporates a parental approval system:
- All marriage proposals require parental approval before communication can begin
- Users must provide contact information for a parent or guardian (Wali)
- The parent/guardian will receive notifications for approval requests
- We verify parental relationships to ensure authenticity

Provide Truthful Information
You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about yourself, your intentions, and your marital status.
Maintain Islamic Etiquette (Adab)
You must maintain Islamic manners and modesty in all interactions. Harassment, inappropriate language, or immoral behavior is strictly prohibited.
Respect Parental Involvement
You acknowledge and respect the role of parents/guardians in the marriage process as per Islamic tradition.
No Inappropriate Relationships
All communication should be conducted with the intention of marriage. Dating or casual relationships are not permitted on this platform.
Maintain Confidentiality
You must respect the privacy of other users and not share personal information without consent.
⑥ Prohibited Conduct
- Creating fake profiles or impersonating others
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
- Sharing inappropriate, obscene, or un-Islamic content
- Attempting to bypass the parental approval system
- Using the platform for purposes other than marriage (e.g., business, dating, etc.)
- Providing false marital status information
- Attempting to contact users without proper approval
- Engaging in any activity that violates Islamic principles
⑦ Intellectual Property
All content on Litaskunu is the property of Litaskunu or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission.
⑧ Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Litaskunu shall not be liable for:
- The outcome of any marriage arranged through the platform
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits
- Third-party conduct or content
- Misrepresentation by users regarding their marital status or intentions
Litaskunu serves as a platform to facilitate introductions in accordance with Islamic principles. We do not guarantee marriage outcomes.
⑨ Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, Islamic principles, or for any reason at our discretion.
⑩ Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and shall be interpreted in accordance with Islamic principles.
